AmCham Young ProfessionalsTM
In 2010, we introduced a notably successful and free of charge program - the AmCham Young Professionals ProgramTM intended for young outstanding people – the active generation between 25 and 33 years of
age – employed at the Members of AmCham Slovenia. A special program of workshops, training, lectures and other benefits has been organized especially for them in order to help them at their further career.
The purpose is to form a “network” of mixed generations that will help them at their work in the future and at their career.
The conditions of enrolment require that the participants are nominated by their superiors, their managers,
who thus show support to their employees, especially to the young and accordingly enable them to develop personally and professionally.
A leadership potential, ethic principles, a wish to work successfully, perseverance, a wish to develop personally and to improve own competencies – all these are the qualities we search for in the participants of the AmCham
Young Professionals ProgramTM.

Aim of the Program
The aim of the Program is the development of promising young professionals with a leadership potential. The emphasis is on the importance of the role models. The aim is also to introduce the leadership mindset in the Slovenian business environment.
