AmCham Mentor - Menti Program

We have in the year of 2010 begun with an exceptionally successful program the AmCham Young Professionals, meant for perspective young employees – the active generation between 25 and 33 years of age – employed at the Members of the American Chamber of Commerce. The program composed of workshops, courses of training, lectures, benefits helps them at their development and establishes an of mixed generations “network”, which will be furthermore of great aid at their work in the future. In the 1st Generation there were 89 excellent perspective and creative young business leaders from 48 enterprises cooperating. Some of them have with their attitude and manners particularly impressed us. It is properly for them that we upgraded the program with the so-called AmCham Mentor- Menti Program, denoting an even better transfer of experiences, attainments, points of view, business use.

We wish to enable to 35 participants a possibility for acquiring important opinions and for exchanging experiences with the best managers. We are glad that our invitation has been responded to properly by the required number of mentors, who have the sense of responsibility towards wider environment and are willing to pass their expertise to their younger colleagues.
