HARVARD SCHOOL OF NEGOTIATIONS

The training program on negotiations in relation to interests and disputes will be held by an internationally renowned expert, attorney, mediator and chairman of the World Forum of Mediation Centres, g. Thierry GARBY.

The school of negotiations will take place on the 11^th and 12^th June 2012 on the premises of the ECDR, Tomšičeva 6, Ljubljana.

The training will be conducted in English (no translation will be provided).

The participants will receive a certificate of training in Harvard school of negotiations.

The training is suitable for attorneys, mediators, in-house lawyers, lawyers employed by public authorities, executives and those, who wish to:

-          optimize their opportunities to conduct business or conclude agreements,

-          avoid unnecessary, expensive and time consuming conflicts,

-          achieve the best possible solution in any negotiation.

The fee amounts to 600 EUR (VAT excluded).
